A minimal menu, constantly updated, adorned with traditional delights, experimental finger foods, and gourmet reinterpretations, thoughtfully designed to enhance exquisite bottles.

WINE CELLAR

A cornerstone location of excellence, the cellar represents the backbone upon which the finest complements of the experimental flair of the cuisine rest.
Italy and France lead a constantly evolving selection, encompassing over 5,000 bottles from 200 producers, totaling around 800 labels, encapsulating both a profound focus on Piedmont as well as more audacious swerves.
